NON-EXCLUSIVE
If we undertake the selling, or renting, or antiparohi, or exchange of your property, we will promote it with all means - electronic and printed - and directly to potential buyers/tenants, given the fact that every demand addressed to our office is written down and kept in codes.
If useful, the promotion will be forwarded to suitable means abroad. In every case, the expenses for the promotion of your property are entirely a responsibility of our office.
Our fee is as a rule 2% of the real value of the property, when selling is the objective or a month΄s rent when renting is concerned, plus taxes. The amount is payable upon signature of the contract and only in that case.
In case of antiparohi of land, the fee is agreed according to the case, without excluding the possibility that it can be zero.
